Complaints Procedure

If you have any complaints about the service offered by Adult Learning and Skills you can start by talking to your tutor. Following that, if you still have issues with any aspect of the course, please contact the ACL Coordinator or the ACL Administrators. If you prefer, you can send a written complaint outlining your issues directly to the ACL Coordinator. During term time, we will acknowledge receipt of that letter within five working days and send a considered response within a further two working weeks. If, at that stage, you are not satisfied your complaint has been resolved, we would recommend you take your complaint direct to St Ivo Head of School. If, after that point, you are still not satisfied your complaint will be raised at the Governors’ Student Welfare and Community Engagement Committee whose decision will be final.
