If you have any complaints about the service offered by Adult Learning and Skills you can start by talking to your tutor. Following that, if you still have issues with any aspect of the course, please contact the ALS Coordinator or the ALS Administrators. If you prefer, you can send a written complaint outlining your issues directly to the ALS Coordinator. During term time we will acknowledge receipt of your communication within five working days and send a considered response within a further two working weeks. If, at that stage, you are not satisfied your complaint has been resolved, we would recommend you take your complaint direct to St Ivo Academy Principal.
It is our aim to get feedback on all aspects of our learners’ experience whilst learning with us. This includes not only their learning journey but also our facilities, resources and administration. It is also our aim to deal with issues arising out of feedback promptly and to the satisfaction of all concerned. Feedback that has led to improvements is made available to all of our learners.
Learners are also asked for any other information or suggestions on how we can improve our provision.
