    Cake Decorating: Sugar Flowers and Blossoms NEW

    Learn how to make beautiful stylised sugar flowers perfect to bring any cake to life, from a simple cupcake to a stunning wedding cake. This course will teach you a variety of techniques for delicate blossom filler flowers and show stopping wired flowers to create a gorgeous sugar flower display. Flowers will include carnations, delicate blossoms, Lily of the Valley sprigs, roses, magnolias, daisies, twigs and stamens.

    Required Skills
    Suitable for beginners or those with some cake decorating experience.
    Teaching Method
    Tutor demonstration and hands-on practical experience.
    You will have made a variety of sugar flowers and learned the skills to make them again at home.
    Materials required
    An equipment list for the first evening will be sent out in advance.
    Homework required
    At the start of the course you will be given your own individual learning plan. Your tutor will record your entry level and together you will track your progress and achievements.

    We will support learners to make informed choices about their next steps by providing appropriate individual and/or group information, advice, and/or guidance tailored to need and desired outcomes.
