Course Family Learning: Family Dog Workshop FREE NEW

The workshop is designed to provide families with information to allow them to live happily with their family dog. The workshop is suitable for families aged 4 – 94 who either own a dog or are looking to own a dog in the future. Explore your dog’s basic needs, how to stay safe around dogs, try your hand at making feeding time fun and have a go at dog training.

Required Skills This is a fun, interactive family workshop for those who want to learn more about integrating dogs safely into the family.
Teaching Method Practical workshop with a number of different activities.
Outcomes You will learn the secrets of a happy family life with your dog and how to make changes/improvements to the relationship if required.
Materials required You are not required to bring anything. Tea and coffee are provided free of charge but in order to avoid waste we are asking learners to bring their own re-usable coffee cups if possible. PLEASE NOTE: NO DOGS CAN BE BROUGHT TO THE WORKSHOP.

Assessment No formal assessment, fun family quiz at the end.
