Cookery: Quick and Healthy Chinese NEW

Learn how to cook authentic, healthy and delicious Chinese food with fresh ingredients. Dishes taught during this term will include stir-fried chicken in Black bean sauce, egg fried rice, stir-fried pork fillet in yellow bean sauce, Chinese pancakes, green tea flavoured king prawns, fish fragrant chicken strips, Mongolia lamb cooked in stir-fried method and stir-fried noodles.
