Chinese cuisine has huge regional variations influenced by local resources and ingredients. During this hands-on cookery course your Chinese tutor will impart her passion for this healthy and delicious cuisine as you learn to prepare authentic recipes from North China such as meat balls and steamed rice, aubergine cooked in Tianjin style, stir-fried chicken noodles and shao mai (pork dumplings).
