Cookery: Vietnamese Street Food

Vietnamese food is about the balance of flavours of sweet, salty and sour. This course will give you a taster into the world of Vietnamese street food and its wonderfully simple yet flavoursome dishes. Dishes may include meat and prawn rice paper rolls, dipping sauce (nuoc cham), Vietnamese pancakes (banh xeo) and stir-fried chicken with lemon grass and chilli.
