Complaints Procedure
If you have any complaints about the service offered by Adult and Community Learning please start by talking to your tutor, if you do not get satisfaction then you can talk to Tricia Tacconi, Sue Allen, Janine Elsegood or Julie Knibbs in the ACL office.
