Malaysian cuisine is all about spice, flavour and passion. You will be given a special insight into the country’s taste-bud tingling, vibrant street food. Dishes may include fried kway teow (stir fried ricecake strips), ngoh hiang (5-spice meat roll), apam balik (a traditional Malaysian crispy pancake) and penang acar (special pickles).
