If you need new inspiration for a vegetarian diet then this could be just the thing: bursting with spice-infused flavour, something really different and a crowd pleaser. And not just for vegetarians! You will be making dishes such as carrot rice with spices, palak paneer (spinach with Indian cheese), kaju pakoras (cashew nut baggias) and spiced channa dhal (a lentil dish).
